At RIVASSI WATCHES CO, every watch is prepared with care, inspected for quality, and packaged to reflect the standards of a luxury timepiece. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. This Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy explains how returns, exchanges, refunds, cancellations, defective items, and final sale items are handled.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Returns requested after this period may be refused unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

The watch must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.
The watch must be returned in its original condition.
All protective films, seals, hang tags, labels, and security tags must be intact where applicable.
The original box, packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and any included gifts must be returned.
The item must not show signs of wear, scratches, dents, resizing, alteration, fragrance, moisture exposure, or improper handling.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.

3. Important Note About Watches

Watches are precision accessories and must be handled carefully during inspection. You may examine the item as you would in a retail store, but the watch must not be worn, resized, adjusted, used, damaged, or altered.

If a returned watch shows signs of use, damage, missing parts, removed protective films, or incomplete packaging, we may refuse the return or reduce the refund amount where permitted by law.

4. How to Start a Return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free when the return is approved and the item meets the conditions of this policy.

We may provide a return label or return instructions depending on your country and the available logistics options.

If a return is refused because the item does not meet the return conditions, the customer may be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to them.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued:

Within 7 business days after the returned item has passed inspection

7. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available within the 14-day return window, subject to stock availability.

10. Non-Returnable Items

Returns may not be accepted for:

Watches that have been worn, used, resized, damaged, or altered
Items with removed or damaged protective films, seals, labels, or security tags
Items missing original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, or included gifts
Products damaged by improper handling, impact, moisture, chemicals, or unauthorized repair
Water damage outside the stated water resistance rating
Final sale items clearly marked as final sale before purchase
Gift cards, where applicable

This does not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Final Sale Items

Some products may be marked as Final Sale. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective, damaged, incorrect, or unless a return is required by applicable law.

Final sale status will be clearly communicated on the product page, collection page, or during checkout where applicable.

12. Water Resistance Disclaimer

Water resistance ratings are not the same as waterproof guarantees. Water resistance may be affected by wear, impact, temperature changes, crown position, improper use, or unauthorized repair.

Damage caused by use outside the stated water resistance rating is not eligible for refund unless required by law.
